”We are now in our third year of the ABLE programme and during this time we have seen an increase in our student numbers on all Hairdressing courses. Our partnership with ABLE has provided staff and students excellent CPD and opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge which has been invaluable. ABLE and Andrew have helped to develop and raise students’ aspirations by providing them with the latest techniques and industry insights including communication skills and industry behaviour expectations. He has also worked alongside the college to engage with local employers, providing training and helping to develop relationships. Through our partnership with Andrew and ABLE, we have been introduced to new suppliers who are leaders in this industry.
